Adding Trainees to your Mindflash Course
Whether your course content is complete and ready for activation or you’ve only uploaded the first draft, you can go ahead and add your trainees. It’s an easy process that gives you the flexibility to manage trainees when it is convenient for you.
To add trainees, log in to Mindflash, click on the course, and click Add Trainees. Mindflash will prompt you to add new trainees or select names from a list of existing trainees you’ve added to previous courses.
If you have a lot of trainees, you can save time by uploading the list as an Excel spreadsheet.
Draft Courses vs Activated Courses
When you add trainees to a course that is in draft mode, Mindflash will not email invitations to your trainees until you activate your course.
When you add trainees to a course that is active, Mindflash invites the new trainees immediately.
You can always add more trainees to a course, regardless of your course’s status.
With Mindflash, you can see who has completed your course, who is in the process of completing it, and who has not yet started it. To do so, log in to Mindflash, click on the course, and click View report. The report also shows you the results of any quizzes you included in your course.
