Mint.com Product VP Joins Mindflash.com Advisory Board
Company announces plans for Q4 public beta launch

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., July 29, 2010 -- Mindflash.com, (http://www.mindflash.com) in its mission to provide the best online training software for small businesses, today announced that Aaron Forth has joined the company's Advisory Board. Currently, Forth is the VP of Product for Mint.com, the leading online personal finance service, and was responsible for the application's award-winning design from its launch in 2007 to its acquisition by Intuit in 2009 for $170 million.

Today Mindflash.com also announced that it will be closing the successful private beta of their product offering at the end of the month, to prepare for a Q4 public beta launch. Mindflash is already in use by over 1,000 small and medium-sized businesses, helping them dramatically reduce the cost and time required to create and manage effective in-house training. Private beta invitations will remain available until July 31st at: http://www.mindflash.com.

"I'm delighted to be working with Aaron again and have the benefit of his exceptional talent in product strategy and design," said Donna Wells, President and CEO of Mindflash.com. "Over the years that we worked together at Mint.com, Aaron and I formed a great partnership. He is clearly one of the most gifted product leaders working today, as demonstrated by the innovation he's brought to the online financial services space. I know that his advice will be of great value to Mindflash.com as we continue to build out our product team this year."

"There are a lot of similarities between the Mindflash.com and the Mint.com opportunities in providing a simple, yet powerful, tool that solves a universal problem," said Forth. "I believe that Mindflash.com can make in-house training much easier and more effective than ever before for millions of small businesses. I'm looking forward to contributing to the realization of Mindflash.com's product vision."

Mindflash.com solves a common problem facing small businesses: how to quickly communicate critical information to geographically-dispersed employees such as salespeople, marketing staff and customer service representatives, and ensure that the content has been understood. Unlike existing learning management systems, which are complex and expensive, Mindflash.com allows non-technical users to quickly upload and share training on the Web, using the presentations, documents and videos they already have. They can even create quizzes to test employees' comprehension.

Mindflash.com manages the entire training management process - from sending training invitations, to tracking employees' progress, to producing real-time progress reports - so that small business owners can be confident of each and every employee's abilities.

Companies already using Mindflash.com are finding the software helps them deliver training more easily, at lower cost, while maintaining quality and results. "Mindflash.com is exactly what we've been looking for...a quick, easy, and effective way to push out learning materials to our staff." said Dan Miller, Director of Operations and Marketing at TopKick Martial Arts (www.topkickonline.com), a private beta user. "We've found the interface easy to use and the learning curve to be very quick."
